Refund and Cancellation Policy

Project fees, consulting fees, implementation fees, and digital service fees may be based on milestones, time spent, or agreed deliverables. Refund eligibility depends on the written quotation, proposal, invoice, and the work already performed.

Subscriptions or recurring digital services may be cancelled according to the written service terms. Fees already incurred for completed work, activated services, third-party costs, or committed project time may be non-refundable unless required by law or agreed in writing.

Acceptable Use Policy

Services may not be used for unlawful, deceptive, harmful, abusive, or restricted activities. Magma Solara does not provide cryptocurrency, digital payment token services, investment products, lending, money transmission, gambling, adult content, or regulated medical services.

Any future subscriptions or payments are for software, digital services, consulting, or approved digital products only. Affiliate income may come from software, AI tool, and e-commerce partner programs.
